We offer fully customizable start times and trip lengths. Tell us which day and time you would like to start your charter,pr and we will work around your schedule.

To secure your date and time, full payment is required at the time of booking. Dates cannot be held without payment.

We have a 7-day before charter refund policy.

If you book within 7 days of the charter, the booking becomes non-refundable unless conditions meet our weather cancellation criteria.

We will cancel/reschedule for:

• 27 knots of wind or higher, or
• Strong south swell that prevents safe departure from the harbor.

Our rate is $450 per hour (plus tax & fees) with a 2-hour minimum.

This is split into two payments:

• Island Jewel Yacht Charters (Boat Rental): $300/hr
• Captain & Crew Aloha, LLC: $150/hr (includes 1 captain, 1 crew, light snacks & fuel)

We can host up to 12 guests maximum.

Yes. Crew gratuity is not expected but appreciated. The customary range is 15–20% of your total trip cost.

Yes! On Friday nights, Waikiki fireworks begin at 7:45PM October-May and 8:00 PM June-November and last about 4 minutes.

• Plan for at least 30 minutes to return to the dock after they end.
• If you’d like to snorkel and see fireworks, we recommend a minimum 3-hour charter due to early sunset.

Yes. The charterer must present an ID that matches the name and credit card used for booking.

Absolutely!

If anyone in your group is under 12 years old, please provide their age and weight so we can prepare the proper Coast Guard-approved life vests.

There are two paid parking lots nearby:

• Diamond Head lot: $2.44/hr
• Fisherman’s Wharf Lot: $4.25/hr

Free parking is available 3 blocks away at Ward Village (first-come, first-served).

Uber drop-off can be done directly in front of the boat.

The Island Jewel is a fully equipped 40’ sailing catamaran and includes:

For charters over 4 hours, we also include ham, turkey, and roast beef croissant sandwiches.

Feel free to bring additional food, drinks, decorations, or celebration items.

• No chocolate
• No red wine
• No glass beer bottles (glass wine/liquor/champagne okay—please pour into provided cups)
• No cigarettes (vapes permitted)
• No spray sunscreen
• No shoes (we provide a shoe bin)

Any interior damage caused during the charter is the responsibility of the charterer.
